Hey! Sorry about not writing for a while, but i have been on vacation. Now that I'm back I'll try to write more often. Anyway, I have gone to Chattanooga, and to a summer camp so far. I have met a lot of new people and friends. One person I have met has become one of my very good friends. Her name is Leah. She has cancer and has fought everyday for her life. She has an older sister, Kiley, who got her license 2 weeks ago. Kiley has helped their parents a lot with the stress of making sure Leah gets where she needs to go. Trips to the hospital are pretty regular for them. They say it is their home away from home. Leah is a very smart and loving person, who has a great perspective on life. She says,"People often make fun of my being bald, but I try my hardest to forgive and forget. I feel like the happier other people become from me the happier I am. The more I can to for others the more others will do to make cancer go away. I have found that the more people enjoy life the more I enjoy life." I can't get those words to stop running through my head. I wish more people had a mind like her. Thanks for reading and I will try to write more.
